No. You do not need prior sound healing experience. The training is designed to give you the foundational knowledge and hands-on practice you need to begin developing your skills as a facilitator.

You don't need to arrive with a full collection of instruments. You'll have the opportunity to work hands-on with instruments I have here during the training. However, if there is an instrument that you are interested in getting started with, you may want to take this opportunity to purchase it and use it during training.

Because this is a hands-on certification with practicum requirements, attendance and participation are important. If you have a scheduling conflict, let's talk about it individually so I can let you know what options are available.
-
You're investing in a hands-on certification experience that includes live instruction, virtual learning, in-person training, practical experience, manual and workbook, community facilitation, and the resources included with the training. I intentionally keep the cohort small because I want to be able to actually see you practice and provide feedback.

There's a difference between learning about sound healing and learning how to actually hold space for people. You can watch someone facilitate a sound bath online, but that doesn't give you the experience of facilitating, receiving feedback, working with a group, or learning what happens when you're the person holding space in the room. That's the piece I really emphasize in this training.
