Team Reset™ is an immersive half-day or full-day offsite experience designed for teams that are deeply burned out, navigating change, or simply overdue for a collective exhale. This is not a meeting. Drawing on sound healing, yoga, somatic movement, and guided mindfulness, Team Reset™ takes participants out of their heads and into their bodies.
